Abstract

With the residential real estate market continues rapid development, urban planning and construction of residential areas increasing the total living area a variety of public services is the property of its management issues are increasingly used by all parties concerned. Mostly from the existing legal norms of public law perspective, namely planning and management aspects of its regulation, and on issues such as the attribution of ownership is difficult to find in the corresponding jurisdictions direct legal basis.
