Abstract

Objective:to investigate the feasibility of inducing human cord blood mesenchyma stem cell into nerve cell, to explore the optimal cultivate condition of inducing cord blood mesenchyma stem and progenitor cell,to provide transplant with a kind of cell source to replace impaired neuron, horizontal cell and oligodendrocyte in repairing nerve injury and to prove that cord blood is a kind of promising source in cell replace treatment . Methods :put mononuclearcells of cord blood into low blood serum(2%)DMEM substratum and cultivate them into adherent cells. According to passage method, amplifying them under the same cultivating condition. Put the amplified adherent cells into cell culture fluid(adding clear supernatant liquid of nerve cell fractional cultivation in neonate rats)
