Object:To observe the clinical curative effect of treating acute pancreatitis with Restoring Normal Bowel Movement .And combine from the theories with clinical research,to explore the mechianism of treating acute pancreatitis by Restoring Normal Bowel Movement.Method:61 cases with acute pancreatitis are divided into two groups at random.The treatment group is given by normal therapy and Restoring Normal Bowel Movement ,while the control group only gets normal therapy. Result:The effective rate of the treatment group is higher than the control group.There is a significant difference between the treatment group and control group.Chinese herbs can help to diminish general toxical symptoms, dispel inflammatory, promote gastrointestinal motility,eliminate OFR and CO,ect.Conclusion: Restoring Normal Bowel Movement is a safe and effective therapeutics,and the mechanism might be to diminish general toxical symptoms, dispel inflammatory, promote gastrointestinal motility,eliminate OFR and CO. So the Multiple Organ Dysfunction Syndrom ( MODS) and Systemic Inflammatory Response Sydrome (SIRS) can decrease.
