Abstract


Using the orthogonal design method to influence the cloth paste viscosity of three important accessories NP - 700, Ca (OH) < sub > 2 < / sub > and tartaric acid prescription screening, concluded that the optimal ratio of prescription for 5:1:1. Viscosity and water content and the relations between in vitro release, the results show that the water content decreases, the cloth paste viscosity decreased, in vitro release rate slowed. Of cetirizine Papua paste content, in vitro release and transdermal test in vitro, showed that the content of uniform stability and in vitro release in accordance with the Weibull distribution, and in vitro transdermal accords with zero order release equation. Selects the rat the same passive skin allergy the pharmacodynamics research, fully proved cetirizine Papua medicinal extract has inhibitory effect on allergic reactions. The in vivo pharmacokinetic study in rats suggests that cetirizine Papua paste blood drug concentration significantly more smooth oral, tmax was deferred, duration, and has the characteristics of stable and slow release.
