Abstract

The aim of the present study of acute lung injury ( acute lung injury , ALI ) rabbit model of bronchoalveolar lavage fluid interleukin - 1β , interleukin-6 , tumor necrosis factor - alpha , phospholipids, triglycerides, cholesterol, lactate dehydrogenase, alkaline phosphatase and serum phospholipids , triglycerides , cholesterol , lactate dehydrogenase , alkaline phosphatase determination of experimental studies on different lung protective ventilation strategy to alleviate acute lung injury ventilator associated lung injury . Methods 30 healthy male rabbits , weight 2.5-3.5kg, the average weight of 2.865 ± 0.411kg, were randomly divided into conventional ventilation group the ( the supine tidal volume 13-15ml/kg , PEEP : 0cmH 2 < / sub > O , the injection of oleic acid ) , the small tidal PEEP group ( the supine , tidal volume 8ml/kg PEEP : 8cmH 2 O, injection of oleic acid ) , simply prone position group ( prone position , tidal volume 13-15ml/kg, PEEP: 0cmH 2 O, injection of oleic acid ) , prone the small tidal PEEP group ( prone position , tidal volume 8ml/kg , PEEP : 8cmH 2 < / sub > O, injection of oleic acid ) , blank control group ( supine tidal volume 13-15ml/kg , PEEP : 0cmH 2 O , without injection of oleic acid) , n = 6 . Tracheotomy tracheal intubation, mechanical ventilation . Part I: respiratory mechanics before and after the observed protective ventilation and conventional mechanical ventilation , hemodynamic indicators , arterial blood gas changes.
