Abstract


Since the foundation of PRC, compeitive sports has obtained outstanding achievements, which owes a lot to the system. A retrospect to the footprint of the sports development in our country in these years proves that the existing system is not only the assurance of the glorious achievements of yesterday but also plays an very important role today. As the economic and social systems transform in our country, the existing system gradually falls behind the development of the society. Various shortages of become obvious. Therefore, it is high time that we should carry a management system reform to keep a continuous progress of athletics in our country.This text discourses upon the connotation, contents, characteristics of the athletics system. Following the history development of the athletics system in our country, we elucidate the evolution of it lengthways and analyze the development trend of the athletics system in the new period of time.First, the author gives a brief introduction to connotation and denotation of athletics system, including its components, and the main contents and characteristics of each part, which lays a theory foundation for further discussion.Secondly, through brief reviewing back to the development of athletics system, this thesis discusses the different evolution processes of different components of athletics system, and the main contents of the athletics system reform in different historical stage.The third, the paper examines the progress of the athletics system reform in our country historically as well as realistically. Discusses the internal and external factors influence the athletics system reform in our country and the necessity of the athletics system reform. This part focuses on the characteristics, difficulties and contribution of the athletics system in our country.The last part gives forecast on the reform trend of the athletics system in our country. With a reference to the development history of athletics system reform in our country and the actuality of athletics development in modern society, the author predicts the direction and features of the athletics system development.
