Abstract


Constitutional constitutional provisions be implemented in real life , the core of which is the protection of the fundamental rights of citizens . Constitutional movement during the War against this objective . Constitutional movement of the Anti-Japanese War , the domestic struggle of the three political forces around the anti-Japanese and democracy issues . All political parties and all sectors of the democratic forces require the KMT to abandon one-party dictatorship , constitutional government , and the Kuomintang in the War of Resistance Against Japan grounds , adhere to authoritarian rule . KMT centralization and social constitutional democracy movement reached an unprecedented level , but in a special historical conditions of the War of Resistance Against Japan , the fight for democracy , constitutional movement failed to achieve a breakthrough . However , the Anti-Japanese War , the Communist Party of China , the implementation of the new policy , the establishment of a wide range of anti - Japanese national united front . On the one hand it is to actively promote the constitutional movement demanding political democracy to the KMT ; On the other hand , it is proposed that the new democratic theory and the leadership of the proletariat in their rule of the region , implemented new democratic constitutionalism . Democratic elections ; \Therefore, the gains and losses of the the wartime Kuomintang and the Communist Party of the democratic constitutional issues , made clear the basic trend of China 's future , and also to learn from China's democratic political construction funding .
