Abstract


Encouragement, a means which notably inspires people with initiative and prompts them to make progress, is adopted widely in management. I found that few teachers used stimulated theories to educate their students. So their enthusiasm, initiative and creativity couldn’t be developed. Lacking encouragement becomes one of the most important causes which restricts the development of the students. Take Human as the emphasis, meet the need of students, arouse the enthusiasm of students’learning and personality development, let students make progress for being encouraged in order to fulfill high-quality builders and successors of the socialist cause. This is the focal point of curriculum. At the same time, it’s the purpose of carrying out quality education. Based on the Chinese and western education incentive theories and the problems we’re facing in class-management in junior middle schools, the paper suggests some methods suitable for class-management, such as example motivation, rewarding and punishing motivation, self-evaluation motivation, interaction motivation, aim motivation, words and deeds motivation and care motivation. Also, I use the typical cases to prove the actual effect of education stimulation. It helps to bring enthusiasm, initiative and creativity into play. It helps build healthy and live class. At last, it can help improve the quality of education, prompt the active and individuality development of students.
