Abstract

This paper selected Shandong Province, agricultural colleges and universities, research institutions and enterprises three different types of breeding units variety rights prominent Shandong Agricultural University, Shandong Provincial Academy of Agricultural Sciences and Shandong Denghai Seeds Co., Ltd. three units to investigate three different units variety of research and development, in-depth study of applications for variety rights, the protection and rights, on the basis of comparative analysis of three different types of units Variety Protection, identify different units Variety Protection emphasis summary of the different types of units Variety Protection the successful experience, put forward suggestions for the protection of new varieties of plants.
