Abstract


This paper studies the post-WTO China 's home appliance business diversification strategy , the text consists of three parts , first described the Chinese home appliance industry enterprises are facing the external environment , internal conditions and market structure as well as the status of operating results and explains the Chinese household electrical appliance enterprises diversified business motives and reasons for diversification discount . Secondly, the review of the academic theory of diversification strategy , including the meaning and classification diversification strategy , diversification strategy, business objectives , risks, timing and type of diversification methods . Key part is Gelinkeer Group case analysis, including the Department of Gu Chu Jun 's Gelinkeer diversification strategy of development , financial objectives and members of the company's business development . In the implementation of the strategy can be legally established the headquarters of the financial settlement center , the internal market and human resources in the marketing network, procurement of raw materials and products such as pricing of member companies to establish an internal market. And to analyze its operating advantages and disadvantages , and propose relevant policy recommendations : In order to enhance their core competitiveness , to build long-term competitive advantage, diversified development strategy to meet the competitive strategy of consolidating the main industry Gelinkeer refrigerant based on the competitive position of , improve strongly related diversification, strengthening Meiling Kelon appliance industry competitiveness greatly improve their business revenue and profits ; cautious weak correlation diversified development , motor vehicles and parts operations , improve Yaxing Xiangyang bearing 's operating results and realize losses for the win , and a small profit margin revenue growth. This paper focuses on the combination of theory and practice , a large collection of data and corporate information appliance industry , and strive for Green Cole Group's diversified development strategy to provide a basis and reference.
