Abstract


\In China's \China's annual tolls caused substantial economic losses , especially in China's vast rural areas has brought greater hazards, disasters have seriously hampered the development of China's rural economy . This article is based disaster of the \Article consists of seven parts : The first part of this paper describes the background and significance topics , ideas and methods. The second part briefly describes an overview of the study area , an overview of the study area location and natural conditions. The third part introduces the study area torrential rain , mudslides overview of the historical development of its characteristics and hazards were elaborated and a comprehensive analysis of torrential rain , mudslides formation conditions and influencing factors . Flash floods, mudslides formation conditions include three basic conditions: geology, geomorphology , water conditions ; while the ecological environment, human activity is an important factor affecting their formation .
