Abstract


This article is in response to the 16th National Congress of the strategic goal of building a moderately prosperous society \Papers in line with the economic and power must be coordinated development of this line of thought , first of all to define key indicators of a comprehensive well-off society and development goals of the farmers in Hebei Province ; comprehensive well-off society key indicators and farmers living electricity consumption indicators associated ; a improved prediction model - weighted principal component regression prediction models , cluster analysis method set model weight ; using the model to predict the electricity consumption of a comprehensive well-off society of life of farmers in Hebei Province ; prediction results show that the research results with theoretical innovation and practical application value.
