Abstract


This thesis is focused on the commercial banks of China's current reform issues of concern to the whole society , combined with the actual situation of the foreign commercial banks , comparative study of Chinese commercial banks and foreign commercial banks competitiveness , identify deficiencies proposed countermeasures to enhance the competitiveness of China 's commercial banks . Firstly, described the plight of Chinese commercial banks are currently facing , and to highlight the problems in the transition and accession to the WTO to face the impact . Followed by the status quo and development trend of foreign commercial banks , and the status quo of China 's commercial banks and the challenges facing the explanations and analysis . Again , the index analysis to a comparative study of the competitiveness of Chinese and foreign commercial banks , the same time make a comparative analysis of the corporate governance structure , especially to identify the gap between Chinese and foreign commercial banks . Finally , the proposed countermeasures and suggestions to improve the competitiveness of China 's commercial banks .
