Abstract


This is always around the spillover effects and the relationship between the various factors affecting the main line of the overflow of ownership , industry competition , technological absorptive capacity of the host country and other in-depth analysis and research, and expect to find a variety of factors overflow different degree of influence in order to find the theoretical and practical reality for reference basis. Specifically , the article is the first article will cover most of the theories and research results have been summarized and reviewed, and on this basis, proposed a \influencing factors . Then , the article into the empirical analysis section . In this section, we study according to different objects and to reflect the contents of the establishment of a number of relevant models and the use of Chinese industrial enterprises were cross-sectional data and time series data regression analysis in order to identify with the spillover effects of different factors between . Finally, in order to discuss the basis of the previous analysis , for our business and government problems in practice put forward corresponding countermeasures and Suggestions .
