Abstract


Risk management is an important aspect of project management . As a new project financing model , BOT financing in developing countries in recent years has been rapid development . BOT financing projects with large-scale investment , long life cycle , multi- participant characteristics, and their environment is constantly changing and evolving, so risk management is a core issue of BOT projects , the success of risk management of BOT project objectives realized guarantees. This project risk management process for the domestic problems , discuss the risks of BOT project types and features. From project management integration and characteristics of the project itself , demonstrates the implementation of BOT projects of integrated risk management significance. In theory and comprehensive risk management system based on the theory by implementing risk management tools and methods , input elements and information resources , risk management objectives and risk management processes are effective integration and integration , the establishment of BOT Project Integrated risk management theory , and integrated risk management framework and processes studied. This article describes the risk breakdown structure , risk evaluation index, risk matrix and Borda ordinal value method the use of such tools and methods . Introduces a degree of risk to measure the project's overall risk level . Finally, we use the earned value method for risk management performance were evaluated .
