Abstract


SMEs as an important force in the national economy , plays a strategic role in the economic development of countries in the world . China as the world's largest developing country , the status and role of SMEs . On one hand, the development of small and medium enterprises have become a strong driving force to promote China 's sustained economic growth , and even become an important foundation for China 's social stability ; On the other hand , the further development of SMEs is caught in a serious dilemma , especially difficulties in financing the issue has become one of the biggest obstacles bound development of small and medium-sized enterprises . Therefore, the study of the development of SMEs in China and a bottleneck restricting its development - financing problems , and promote the healthy growth and smooth integration into the world economy in the tide of economic globalization , which have become an urgent need to study and solve our country in the new century the major problems . One of the key factors that limit the development of SMEs - financing problems , as the main content of the thesis . The article first introduced the SME definition criteria , development status and problems related theory , research, and the research method and article structure . Then , on the basis of the general analysis of corporate finance , compare the financial characteristics of SMEs . Its financial characteristics are mainly due to the organizational structure and operating characteristics of SMEs and SME financing models and financial characteristics . Followed by a detailed analysis of the financing situation of SMEs in China and structural characteristics , Theory of Constraints and its factors of SME financing . Through comparative analysis and empirical research , the fundamental reason to come to this stage caused China SME financing dilemma , and finally learn from the experience and the characteristics of foreign SME financing , combined with the actual SMEs in China , proposed fundamentally solve sized Enterprises the way out: First, the establishment and the perfect composite diverse system of small and medium - sized financial institutions : the second is to vigorously develop new financing relationship - the relationship between finance private finance and SMEs ; Third, establish and improve the credit guarantee system for SMEs .
