Abstract


The design and building of enterprise’s information-based strategy is a complicated system engineering. Enterprise’s information construction is not merely the application of an information technology in enterprises, it is a revolution of a management thought even more, the adjustment of the management mode , optimization of the business procedure. During the process of making information-based strategy and implementing the plan , should base on Xing steel reality, is it supply chain with management , management , assets the whole life cycle person who manage advanced management thought , idea , management of procedure and relation of customer to combine fully, utilize the information technology to improve enterprise’s managerial skill effectively.The information construction of the iron and steel enterprise is different from ordinary manufacture type enterprises, because have the procedure type and dispersed characteristic concurrently , seem more complicated. A whole set of intact solutions that have specially directed against information construction of steel trade did not appear yet at the present stage. So it seem important to information-based strategical planning and selecting type systematically of the iron and steel enterprise.This text joins together the present condition of the Xing steel, for meeting the steel of Xing that the need of the management to the information, put forward programming and systems that the information of the steel of Xing turn suggestions choose the type project, the contents that thesis involves: Thesis a theories for first putting forward investigative background in this text, then to the business enterprise information turning proceeds to expatiate, and point out
