Abstract


Administrative culture is a key hotspot in the field of Public Administration , the administrative culture assessment is a difficult . People research more than focus on the qualitative aspects of this paper is to try this on the basis of qualitative analysis to quantitative analysis and discussion . Simply put, this article through the analysis of the basic meaning of the definition of administrative culture and its evaluation on the basis of simple statements and analysis on fuzzy mathematical method , try the fuzzy mathematical method was applied to the evaluation of administrative culture which attempt to establish a new analytical perspectives and research methods , and the establishment of an administrative culture fuzzy comprehensive evaluation model , the order in which the actual research work , a better understanding and evaluation of the administrative culture , so as to promote the construction of administrative culture . Overall, basically achieve the above purpose , However , as an attempt to research and explore naturally there are some shortcomings and defects , so the need to do further research and discussion .
