Abstract


Agricultural Development Bank of China , as only an agricultural policy financial institutions and the rural financial system of the body , and its operational mechanism not only the relationship itself operating efficiency , and also directly affects the overall situation of China's agricultural and rural economic development and even the national economy as a whole . This article main conclusions : 1 . Agricultural Development Bank 's financing mechanism does not yet meet the needs of business development , want to broaden the sources of funds , flexibility in the use of diversified funding instruments , enhanced self-funding , to improve the structure of the source of funds , and improve the compensation mechanisms . Agricultural Development Bank to the development of agriculture and rural economy and the need for reform of the grain circulation system and constantly open up agricultural development and the role model and guide business and innovation , to support the development of agricultural industrialization .
