Abstract


Tourism is one of China 's pillar industries , is also opening up earlier industry , the use of foreign capital of China's tourism industry has achieved good results . As of the end of 2002 , China's tourism industry utilization of foreign investment has been more than 50 billion U.S. dollars . Foreign capital to enter the one hand, to make up for the shortage of funds for development of China's tourism industry , on the other hand it also brings advanced management techniques and methods . Based on a large number of detailed data , qualitative research methods to analyze the status of tourism utilization of foreign capital in China , pointed out that the surviving uneven regional distribution uneven distribution industry , the use of single mode , low utilization efficiency and other issues . And in accordance with international and domestic economic environment , analysis of the tendency of the utilization of foreign investment China's tourism industry : tourism utilization of foreign capital will be further expansion of foreign capital into the travel agency the pace will accelerate , will be significant growth in the central and western regions to attract foreign investment , development of tourism resources will increase in the proportion of foreign capital injection . This paper presents some of our new strategy for tourism use of foreign capital , such as tourism and business mergers and acquisitions utilizing foreign capital , attractions line development financing project commercialization tourist enterprises should take the initiative to \Again the Guangxi tourism for example, further elaborated in the tourism industry to take advantage of the new foreign policy practice . Through this research , the development of China's tourism industry to take advantage of foreign policy departments , research provides some useful reference for policy - making and academia for tourism enterprises , tourism utilization of foreign investment practice in China and take this to bring some practical effective help and guidance.
