Abstract


As an important management tool and human resource management core , Business Performance Management , leading and controlling business tactic execution, is attached importance by more and more enterprises. Therefor a lot of enterprises do much work. However, as many enterprises lack an in-depth and systematic study, and take more or less mistakes in the notion from the Performance Management conception to the material designs and operations, furthermore, they always lack scientific approach and schematism. It leads the Performance Management to obtain unsatisfactory effects. Some enterprises are confused. Therefore, the question how to construct a scientific and effective Performance Management System by using Performance Management Theory and combining with the condition of enterprises, becomes the problem which numerous enterprises need to solve.The paper studies emphatically the construction and operation of the Performance Management System in GCG Corporation, and it gives material systematic constructing flow and method. The research not only plays an important instructional role in building and perfecting the Performance Management System of GCG Corporation, but also has referenced value to domestic enterprises which need to construct the Performance Management System, especially to the homogeneous enterprises.
