Abstract


Since reform and opening-up, all have distinct family nature as the overwhelming majority in the private enterprise promoting economy to develop important strength at a high speed. Family firm go through from little to more , from traditional trade to information , living beings new and high technology field, from fragmentary, scattered family little workshop get inter-trade stepping regoine even transnational large-scale fast development of enterprise group. It all has irreplaceable function that their employment, social stability and economy to China increase etc.Family firm tie of regarding family’s kindred as of adoption at the beginning of founding, ownership and power of management highly centralized enterprise system enterprise main result that reason chooses, comply with the need of enterprise’s undertaking development. However, with the change of the external environment condition, the family firm is during the course of entering and developing, originally the ability of the master of enterprise of family firm and property right dispose etc. and already become the obstacle of restraining the family firm from developing, is it can meet the needs of market competition now more and more to seem, the development of the family firm meets unprecedented difficulty.Most scholars all set up in a wide range of the good recipe for the family firm now through comparing. This text think, it should have contacts with economic environment and one’s own developing stage where kind of system modes enterprises choose. According to state of enterprise’s development of our country clan, the family firm still has dogged vitality, can not deny its rationality at this point because of some problems faced in development of family firm at present.This text is exactly the route that attempts to explain the system changes of family firm in terms of theory of the modern agreement, utilize a series of mathematics models to strengthen the convincingness of the theory, thus achieve the goal of analyzing.
