Abstract


The environmental issue has become to all mankind faced a serious challenge , and led by the Department and restrict the development of human society . With the worldwide environmental movement to flourish , to use legal means to guarantee the realization of the right of public participation in environmental protection has become a development trend , and gradually become the general practice of the world in the field of environmental protection . Public participation in environmental protection , in the field of environmental protection , citizens have the right through a certain program or ways to participate in all decision-making activities associated with environmental interests , in a certain way , making the decision in line with the vital interests of the general public . \Currently, in order to better protect the environment of our survival and development , should be the basis of the status of public participation in China , the emphasis on public participation in the need for environmental protection , mining and improved ways to realize public participation , and gradually build effective legal promotion mechanism , thereby protecting the realization of economic, social, environmental , comprehensive, coordinated and sustainable development.
