Abstract


Animal welfare legislation in a foreign country has hundreds of years of history , China has only just started, many scholars and media attention and advocacy , animal welfare issues become increasingly prominent , but the majority opinion focused on the need to promote legislation on the legislation sex , little mention of what the institutional environment of the legislation , which is the scope of the study of the sociology of law . This paper argues that for our farm animal welfare legislation , such as a series of system construction , it is necessary to study the basis of its institutionalized . This farm animal welfare in China on the basis of institutionalized target selection , the status quo of China 's farm animal welfare , farm animal welfare is not accepted , and the concepts , systems and reality and farm animal welfare blending four aspects . The demonstration farm animals from feeding links, transport links , slaughtering links and recent livestock production new forms to describe the status quo of China 's farm animal welfare benefits to be improved. Animal welfare is always used to put on a par with the level of welfare of the people of our country , it is necessary to analyze the welfare of farm animals to be what cognitive obstacles . China's traditional culture and ideology , the modern consumer attitudes to human health and safety of food, the pursuit of green food contains the possibility of the introduction of the Ethical Treatment of Animals measures , within the framework of the existing level of economic and legal systems , the system of farm animal welfare Sinochem can also see the way out. For the institutionalization of the goal to take the principle of the system is fair and in the interests under the premise of most people give the animal welfare measures . Animal welfare target gradually reached , even if the legislative protection can not immediately reach full welfare state , which is the deepening of the process of a cognitive and practice .
