With the rapid development of overall information level in colleges, based on division of labor, which is built on the section-level theoretical models of financial organization, workflow and management tools in current colleges will face a severe test, the perfection degree of the financial system construction in colleges has a direct impact on the overall university information technology process. Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP), as an advanced management concept, starting from the overall management of the enterprise, using network information technology companies in all sectors of the business process integration, is better than the traditional financial system. However, to achieve the ERP management philosophy, enterprises must be based on the nature of their industry, job, management mechanism for different levels of business process reengineering.This paper is committed to studies of process reengineering of the ERP environment of financial system of L University. Through ERP and the theory of Process reengineering implantation, making the financial systems integrate with the other management systems, to achieve sufficient sharing of financial information and business information, to promote the work of various departments in colleges harmoniously, to improve the quality of service. Through the application ERP system in college financial management, Real-time, integration and other technical features of ERP strengthen the control and management functions in the financial sector of the University of L, and help college achieve effective control on cost and current. First, according to the needs of process reengineering in financial system of L University, we summarized the ERP theory, gave the definition of process reengineering theory, methods and ERP application status in China, then described the ERP process reengineering and financial relations, demonstrated the feasibility of our study; Secondly, after analyzing the defects of L University in the current financial processes, we presented the necessity of process reengineering in L university; Finally, we proposed a financial process reengineering program and protection mechanism under ERP environment in the L University.This paper is based on college information technology, conducted by ERP theory and the idea process re-construction, we aim at the analysis of financial system and reengineering in L University, expect to provide constructive idea of establishing a sound financial system, and to promote the development of financial information technology in colleges healthily and effectively.
