Abstract

As an important symbol of the information age and the Internet an important part of the economy , e-commerce in the past 10 years has been a vigorous development , and has become the modern economy important part . However, in e-commerce brings people to experience convenient and efficient , but also e-commerce to bring people have to face various problems , one of the problems is that consumer protection issues . In the European Union and the United States , the legal issues related to electronic commerce has been the attention of the parties concerned , and in particular its already established a number of laws and regulations to regulate e-commerce transactions. However, in China, although the last year for China's first e-commerce law - \Therefore, because our country is currently no specific e-commerce under the consumer protection law, e-commerce consumers often have to face a variety of consumer traps , but also harm the interests of consumers of events have occurred . So I hope that through the system of the European Union and the United States to do some superficial research , in contrast to China put forward useful suggestions related systems . This topic is divided into six parts , part sets out the sequence of research significance . The first part of the EU and the United States , mainly through e-commerce consumer protection policies under the inspiration to compare and B2C e-commerce based on our current economic situation and development needs , the author proposes the country deal with the current consumer protection in electronic transactions Countermeasures - develop an e-commerce consumer protection under a special law , to strengthen cooperation between law enforcement agencies , the use of industry self-regulation and enhancing consumer education . But I believe that , although industry self-regulation and enhancing consumer education and other methods to a certain extent, protect consumers in electronic transactions , however, accelerate electronic commerce consumer protection legislation is to solve practical problems currently facing our country 's fundamental approach . The second part of the comparative analysis of the EU and U.S. on-line information disclosure system, both systems have come to the conclusion not perfect - the EU should focus on the provision of information disclosure , the United States is primarily the principle of information disclosure regulation . Then compare our existing traditional laws , pointing out that China's current legal requirements for information disclosure system can not meet the needs of e-commerce development , should learn from the European Union and United States law , the information shall be disclosed from disclosure of information and the development of new principles of both the law. The third section compares Europe and unfair business practices laws and practices .
