Abstract


The Criminal Code is the most direct expression of the national criminal legislation and criminal law theory development . Criminal legislation and the development of the theory of criminal law to reflect the change in status of the social situation of the country . Russian Federation since ninety-six Criminal Code enacted after a period of time , due to the change of the state system makes the traditional political and economic system of the state and society , social ideas , values ??gradually tends to Western capitalist countries pursuing democracy , freedom and republican . Changes in the social situation makes the existing Criminal Code of the Russian Federation and develop many branch beginning . These branch points are reflected not only in the top of the new Criminal Code , enacted in 2096 by the Russian Federation , far more reflected in its application within a period of time , the Russian Federation made ??the national legislature for the Codex content additions and modifications . Due to many reasons , of this part of the academic research is still blank. This article purposive academia to provide a more detailed introduction to the Criminal Code of the Russian Federation , the successive modifications and additions to information , and on this basis , to test the Criminal Code of the Russian Federation previous modification and additions in the horizontal and vertical two presented a legislative analysis and summary of the characteristics of its underlying social causes changes in the past and proposed certain modifications and additions of the criminal Code of the Russian Federation for the development of China 's criminal legislation revelation .
