Abstract


This paper comes from the instructors recently engaged two topics , namely on the subject of Changchun City, the people business status quo research topics and science and technology enterprises in Changchun City entrepreneurial environment \Read a lot of information at home and abroad on the basis of the first science and technology enterprises embracing exposition to define the definition and characteristics , and discusses the science and technology enterprises entrepreneurial demand for technology, capital and talent . Then we connotations and characteristics of the entrepreneurial environment of science and technology enterprises and resource demand and supply theory are discussed , and then classify the entrepreneurial environment of science and technology enterprises , and build the entrepreneurial environment system . This paper focuses on the role of science and technology enterprises entrepreneurial environment needs entrepreneurial resources of science and technology enterprises , mainly from the external environment, the main role of science and technology needs of enterprise resource analysis . For technical environment , we mainly analyze the supply of tertiary institutions, research institutes and enterprises for the venture technology needs of the science and technology enterprises , as well as the technology market for technology transfer and diffusion an important role . Financing environment , we discussed the supply of venture capital funding for science and technology enterprises from both financial institutions and non-financial institutions . Financial institutions , including banking, capital markets , non-financial institutions mainly refers to individuals, the risk of investment and innovation fund . Talent environment , we mainly discussed from personnel training with the reserves and the flow of talent for the role of science and technology enterprises entrepreneurial talent needs . Of course, we also discussed the impact of other external environmental elements of of entrepreneurial resource requirements for science and technology enterprises . Again , we build the entrepreneurial environment evaluation index system of science and technology enterprises , and the use of the Analytic Hierarchy Process assess the weight of each index , calculated relative to the weight of the target layer , then we Empirical entrepreneurial environment , science and technology enterprises in Changchun City evaluation. Finally, the analysis of the results , the paper proposes the countermeasures and suggestions to cultivate and improve the entrepreneurial environment of science and technology enterprises .
