Abstract


Along with the coming of economic globalization and new technical revolution, the blue-collar with vocational capabilities gain great popularity in China. As the cradle to cultivate the first-line working high-quality labors and secondary or primary professionals in manufacture, service, technique and management for the enterprises, more and more attention is attached to the development of the secondary vocational education.School work evaluation is a synthesis of the criteria to judge the stand or fall in the teaching practical process. It not only plays the summarizing role in the whole teaching course, but also the overseeing and leading part of the practical process. The rationalization of evaluation mechanism can directly influence the leading way of education. However, as for our Chinese secondary vocational education, student evaluation model of secondary vocational education basically copies the traditional one of the ordinary schools, like emphasizing the theory while belittling the practical skills, stressing the exam results while overlooking the general diathesis, paying more attention to the outcome while little to the course. Therefore, it has a lot of animadversion and censure. The reform of the vocational education courses is bound to implement.Combining with the convenient condition that teaching in the secondary vocational school, this paper first tried to find the present state of student school work evaluation and its reasons by means of interview and questionnaire. Then considering the successful development of the overseas secondary vocational education, it attempted to make discussion, reformation and innovation of the school work evaluation based on the Occupational view. Finally, this paper put forward some countermeasures and suggestions in order to perfect the educational system and make these talents serve the society better.
