Abstract


Science and Technology Award fully affirmed the results of research of the science and technology researchers , certainly the contribution of science and technology personnel in science and technology . Scientific and technological incentives to mobilize the enthusiasm and creativity of the scientific and technical workers , accelerate the development of science and technology, improve the comprehensive national strength . Rewarding system guiding principle is: to encourage innovation, encourage climbing the peak of science and technology , the establishment and improvement of personnel training and the use of incentive mechanisms to promote the closely integrated scientific research, technological development and economic and social development , promote the commercialization of scientific and technological achievements and industrialization to accelerate the strategy for implementation of the strategy and sustainable development . At this stage, China's science and technology award system compared with developed countries , there are still many imperfections role in promoting the field of science and technology is not enough .
