Abstract


The modern legal education in Gansu Ching dynasty began in the first year (1909) established the Administrative Law School in Gansu, Gansu history of legal education and legal education in China has undergone the same history of the twentieth century from the start-up, frustrated and comprehensive destruction, recovery and reconstruction and the rough process of reform and development. Into the twenty-first century ushered in legal education in Gansu’s new stage of development, in terms of quantity, size and mode of education in such areas as the development by leaps and bounds, the legal education in Gansu and other provinces of Gansu and delivery of the a large number of legal talent for the cause of socialist rule of law and made substantial contributions to education. However, as a relatively backward western provinces, Gansu legal education in the academic capacity, training model, introduction of talents, education resources, new academic building, with the developed provinces still exist between the very large gap. It also has its own shortcomings and continue to develop limitations. For example: legal education and legal profession with detached single law students have the knowledge structure, the number of blind students in law schools and expansion of new issues of higher quality. To solve the above problem, I believe that legal education in Gansu Jie He Northwest characteristics, Wei Lai Gansu legal education has two main priorities: the first focuses on legal education in Gansu Province to integrate existing resources, to complement each other; while strengthening our province Features disciplines that are dominant disciplines, vigorously strengthen the building of new disciplines and interdisciplinary, multidisciplinary and cross-learning and training. The second focus is a combination of the special situation in the province of Gansu Province, innovative training model, so that legal education in Gansu Gansu is more focused on the actual legal professional environment. Therefore, this article discusses the combination of Gansu Education College of Law in three parts, the first part of the current situation of Gansu Higher Education Law and the existing problems; second part discusses the issue of Gansu Higher Education of Law in the cause; third part Legal education in international and domestic experience and made the special circumstances of the province of Gansu Higher legal education consistent with the actual measures.
