Abstract


With the social and economic development, the long-term work and overload operation of bus passenger vehicles have made safety problems of bus passenger transportation becoming more and more serious. Therefore, it is extremely urgent to develop a safe transportation system. However, the previous development processes couldn’t meet the needs of the new system, so that the advanced project management methods should be used to improve the ability of efficiency of project management, the ability of progress control and so on.The study is aim to draw up the time schedule, control the process and methods, with the development projects of Chengdu bus fire protection system as the object of study. According to requirement of time limit, our study also analyzes the work and logic of the project. Besides, we used Project management software to compile development programme, based on milestone plan. In the project, the relationships among various relative factors need to be harmonized, and all the possible methods and measures can be applied. Meanwhile, both safety and quality control should be considered, in order to complete the schedule objectives and ensure the progress to be come.The development project of fire protection system is strong emergency and unpredictable. Some factors which have negative effect to the project must be emerged, which make the rate of progress couldn’t be carried out as established program. However, the deviation between the plan and the actual progress can be controlled through dynamic monitoring and tracking, by using PDCA circulation method. In terms of the different situation, we take diverse regulatory measures, and then adjust and renew the project, timely, so that we can control and manage the project scheduling, effectively.Overall, our study analyzes the scheduled plan of bus fire protection system and get the experiences in order to provide the useful schedule control experiences to the follow-up protection system development projects.
