Abstract


Community Corrections is actively using various social resources , integration of legal departments , communities and other aspects of strength , for minor offenses , subjective vicious smaller , less harmful to society or through regulatory reform, true repentance , no longer harm society was sentenced to public surveillance or deprivation of political rights , was declared suspended and applicable parole, temporary probation and other offenders in the community for targeted management, education and reconstruction work . Community Corrections is the world trend of international justice , our penal system is the inevitable trend of development . Country in 2003 and 2005 successively carried out in 18 provinces and municipalities in two batches of pilot community corrections , Inner Mongolia Autonomous Region is listed as the second batch of pilot provinces , is one of only two pilot autonomous regions. This paper attempts by foreign community corrections research experience and learn from the results and the first batch of pilot provinces Community Corrections existing achievements and shortcomings are summarized, and combined with the actual situation in Inner Mongolia , Inner Mongolia, exploring the practical experience of community correction problems and puts forward suggestions to solve and improve . Secondly status of Community Correction System has been studied , focusing on the empirical method, the Inner Mongolia region in recent years our country as well as the application of community corrections , community corrections applied with foreign countries were compared , pointing out that the backward state of Community Corrections and backward reasons for the in-depth analysis . Again, for Beijing , Shanghai , Zhejiang, Jiangsu and other China's first batch of pilot areas in community corrections reform and exploration accumulated useful experience are summarized. Through analysis and research for the Inner Mongolia region to carry out community corrections how to better achieve weaknesses, Qucuqujing provide the basis . Chapter III , Inner Mongolia to carry out community corrections strengths and weaknesses .
