Abstract


This paper studies the company profit allocation of the legal system , the use of comparative research of Company Capital System connotation and characteristics start further our company , based on the analysis of the various interests in the company in the distribution of profits , the profit distribution system the content and characteristics , the presence of defects and shortcomings , and to legislate personal comments and suggestions put forward to improve our profit distribution system . The three parts of the text , including the introduction, body and conclusion . The text is divided into four chapters . The first chapter from the connotation and characteristics of China 's capital system , company distribution system function , characteristics and principles of the company's profit distribution system overview . The second chapter revolves around the relationship between the angle of the Company's profit distribution system and related interest groups , studied the distribution system and the government , the distribution system and the investors , the distribution system with its creditors , the distribution system and the relationship of the employees of the company to analyze the conflicts of interest between them and why. Chapter comprehensive our company profits distribution system , analysis of the characteristics of our annual profit distribution , range , sources and distribution of profit distribution ratio of profit distribution payment , the right to decide , Provident Fund , the Community Chest system ineffective allocation of legal responsibility problems.
