Abstract


Sunshine sports is the programme of action of our country government to change the continuous decline of students’ physical condition, promote students to actively participate in sports activities, and is a great appeal, to promote the students’ physical health and sustainable development.Sunshine sports is the programmatic document of guidance of youth sports and the important document to guide the work of education,it has great and far-reaching sensee on strengthening juvenile sports, enhancing their physique, improving the quality of the whole nation,fully implementing the party’s education policy, promoting the comprehensive development of young people,and also has important realistic guiding significance to solve the current problem of junior physical fitness healthy . In this paper, using the method of literature, questionnaire, expert interviews and other research methods, expounds the connotation, sunshine sports in Universities of Changzhou sunshine sports development present situation carries on the analysis, find out the influence of colleges and universities in Changzhou City Sunshine Physical Education and sports,and promote the student physical health , the results have certain general and representative, will provide a reliable basis to hold sunshine sports in Changzhou city colleges and universities in Jiangsu province,and has important social significance and practical significance for promoting college students’ physical health .The results showed that: Changzhou physical health condition of college students compared to the average level of students in Jiangsu province and the average level of national college students also has certain difference, body shape index obesity rates have rising trend, a part of body function and physical quality index are lower than the average level of students in Jiangsu and national university , overall show glide trend.Sunshine Sports in colleges and universities in Changzhou City is good in general, but to the sunshine sports awareness, attention to publicity is not enough,lacking of a set of sustainable guarantee system and strict supervision mechanism, flowing at the form of studying and carrying out, not fully mobilizing the teachers role and the development of extracurricular sports is not ideal, are important factors of affecting colleges and universities in Changzhou City Sunshine sports. Development of sunlight sports play a role in the containment, but the effect is not obvious.According to research results put forward to develop countermeasure, Changzhou City university should further improve awareness to the sunshine sports , strengthen the guidance of public opinion ; deepen the reform of physical education ; strengthen the construction of teaching team, play the guiding role of teachers of physical education ; guarantee fund ; give full play to "national student physical health standard" leverage;strengthen students extracurricular physical exercise the organization work, improve students’ extracurricular physical exercise conditions to promote the students’ health level.
