Abstract


With the development of society and the advancement of technology, forensic applications are increasingly widespread, and its growing role of people's attention. Because history and reality of many factors, China's traditional system of forensic work exposed more and more problems. In recent years, our country's legal system has made great progress, with regard to forensic system regulation and management are also being perfected, especially the \aspects of the milestone, the stage of the judicial system is an important achievement for our country continues decades old forensic system is a breakthrough innovation. But we also recognize that the judicial system reform and improvement of identification is a complicated systematic project, the \sex and so needs to be improved and improved, this will improve the credibility of forensic and earnestly safeguard the legitimate rights and interests of building a harmonious society to achieve fairness and justice has very important significance. Author of this article is based on theoretical research, combined with the court forensic actual work, while combined method of comparative analysis on China's institutional reform forensic study and propose improvement Forensic System in the facile idea. Thesis includes four parts.
