Abstract


Since the 1970s, China juvenile crime phenomenon appears tall, increasingly become a very serious social problem has become a global social problems, this kind of phenomenon prompted the party and government attaches great importance to juvenile delinquency prevention work. Juvenile crime is a serious social problem. With the development of market economy, the community function more and more, it is the foundation of the city management system, unit of the study, life and adolescent life growth process has a profound impact on juvenile crime, therefore, prevention of full power of community, community through the social idle youth, teenagers and immigrated adolescents are organized to integrative families, schools, government and society in the education mode of education ideology reconstruct them, and on this basis to humanized management, make teenagers have the correct outlook on life, the outlook, values. Thus, the community in management position of juvenile delinquency problem is getting higher and higher. Theoretical and practical aspects of reality to study further puts forward research topic, also has the very vital significance:to enrich formulate prevention and control strategy based on the theory of juvenile delinquency, To find our current laws, regulations and policies of the deficiency, To construct socialistic harmonious society, "People power" to realize the construction goal.Firstly, this paper expounds the background and significance, summarizes the current research status and points out the research, the main content and research methods. The connotation of juvenile delinquency, characteristics, formation and development trend of juvenile delinquency prevention and the connotation of community, the necessity and basic explanation for the full open and laid a solid theoretical foundation. In this paper the basic theory, based on comprehensive analysis of the current paper in juvenile delinquency prevention achievements of the community and the existing problems.
