Abstract


With the further development of China's market economy and the country gradually strengthen the construction management of tangible and intangible market, construction increasingly fierce competition among enterprises, they face the external and internal environment is also undergoing dramatic changes. Each construction enterprise as an autonomous, self-financing economic entities, are faced with how to deepen the internal reform of enterprises to change their operating mechanism, establish a scientific and rational management system issues. The establishment of a scientific and rational, market-oriented management system the key is how to manage and control the cost of business as a core part of the task. Municipal Corporation, the city is located in the forefront of reform and opening up, the construction industry at this stage at a low level over the competitive environment, the third project department how to cost control as the core, the cost to be effective, is the purpose of this study lies. Thesis project cost control theory, from the third project department external constraints and the current situation of internal cost control, examines some of the projects of the construction process, the final design suitable for the actual situation of the third project department cost control programs. Proposed the establishment of cost management and control system, the development of cost control management, timely analysis and cost assessment costing this refined clear cost control processes. This article points out, optimize the construction program, in-depth research project design documents and construction conditions specific to draw on the prevention of runaway costs of the measures to eliminate congenital lack of cost control efforts, so that \purpose; while the construction process, cost control, cost control is the focus of the work is difficult, therefore, should be timely and cost accounting and cost analysis investigated the situation, if found error, then take organizational measures, technical measures, economic measures to corrected, cost control within a predetermined target range; afterwards for the next phase control is mainly cost control efforts suggest improvements and provide the basis for the cost assessment.
