Abstract


CQ well drilling company is a joint-stock company formed after the state-owned enterprise reforms system. Because of some historical reasons being that it has a situation with too high cost in process of production. This has reduced the profit ability of enterprises virtually, has weakened the competitiveness of enterprises. It is the task of top priority to set up a new cost control system. The homework cost of the well drilling is easier to control to the other cost of petroleum enterprises, need scientific management even more. If can control the well drilling homework cost of enterprises at certain level, will strengthen the competitiveness of enterprises greatly, is favorable to the implementation of the strategy of the enterprise cost.According to the analysis of the actual conditions of enterprises, classify the model managed, analyzed, controlled after establishing the cost.
