Abstract


YUNXI group is the biggest tin production of our country , exports base , has had the history of a hundred years. It is to gather mining and ore dressing , smelts , the productions such as tin profile and tin chemical engineering the state-owned especially big type joint venture of nonferrous metal with field of one body, it is also one of 300 household key enterprises and the 500 Chinese biggest industrial enterprises of national key support.Because of in last few years global economic integration has become inevitable tendency, enterprise operation the competition faced is also global, the reflection of quicker speed the needs of market and customer and more economic and supplier communication, is the condition of essential enterprise , but such ideal convenient needs pass make enterprise built-in enterprise resource program ( ERP ) to be completed, is also good ERP system as the effective running of supply chain foundation. How to smooth Dao enter enforcement ERP system so as reach above-mentioned purpose, become the problem that a urgent needs are solved.
