Abstract


With the development of military scientific technology and army modernization, military logistics becomes more and more important. This paper researches on advanced American military logistics management institution, analyses the development experience of American military logistics, and seeks for better transformation methods of our military logistics management institution.The transformation of American military logistics management institution is researched on in this paper. With the development of logistics management institution from tradition to modern, the traits and modern notion of American military logistics management institution and American military supply chain are analyzed emphatically. The assumption of real-time military stock, Military deliver with requirement, epiboly units selection with competition and flexible structure building is proposed and the assumption is feasible under the current condition of our army.
