Abstract


From the fundamental solution to the goal of railway transportation \\Or by the previous railway traditional construction financing mode , then the huge funding gap is the biggest obstacle of this ambitious plan . So the country has introduced financing policies , encourage the majority of scholars as a breakthrough in high-speed railway construction financing , actively studying the new financing model applies to the infrastructure construction in China . Precisely in response to the background of the times , from the comparative analysis of the domestic and international rail construction financing status , talk about the creative idea of asset securitization in China 's high-speed railway construction financing , and asset securitization mechanism and development made certain analysis . The core part of the article , the first in-depth study of the feasibility of the envisaged ; then proposed , and to study the mode of operation is suitable for China's national conditions , asset pricing and efficiency of the envisaged measure tentative ; Finally, a more in-depth study of the envisaged operational obstacles , operational risk and its countermeasures . In addition to the reference to the national authorities to release the files and data , the chapters also refers to the part of the data I participated in the focus of scientific research programs of the Ministry of Railways in the Beijing-Shanghai high-speed railway technology and economic evaluation of the project . In short, the article seeks to how to implement the idea of asset securitization for financing during the construction of China 's high-speed railway through research , speeding up China's railway investment and financing system , in order to expand our current railway investment and financing channels , as well as the promotion of asset securitization in China 's promotion research to make some contribution . In addition , the research content of the construction financing of our other large for-profit infrastructure projects , especially the construction of urban rail transit project financing has great practical significance and promotional value .
