Abstract


Nowadays, the construction of educational resources has achieved very good accomplishment,and there are many educational resources on the Internet.But because of the lack of the technologic standard of the educational informatization in our country, during the construction of the educational resources of many schools and educational departments, the resources are different from each other in the system platform,databace,presenting way,resource categorizing, owing to the disunion of the classified standards, the technology forms and the resource saving ways. The different resourcs databases form their own systems, although the resources can be shared in a small area , it is difficult to achieve the full sharement of the resources among platforms and systems.In order to resolve these problems,CELTSC researched and brought forward the CELTS.So it has significant practical meaning in applying CELTS standards to the resources management system from the technology research aspect.This system regards CELTS standard that made by CELTSC as guidelines and direction, follows every index that are stipulated in the standard strictly, makes an instance of the model of LOM ,and designs an educational resources management system based on Internet.This system aims at resoving the problem of resource-querying and resource-sharing, thus heightening the level of the management to educational resource, improving working efficiency, realizing resource-sharing and the operating among the systems.This paper describes detailedly the design and the development process of the system. This paper comprises six parts:In the first chapter, it presentates the background of the study, the purpose and the significance of the system.In the second chapter, it introduces the theoreticses and the technology that used in the system.
