Abstract


For the past few years, higher education corruption as a negative phenomenon inthese developments has increased in number, depth and scale with the educationdevelopment and the education system reform, with the the production ofmarket-oriented economy in our country. This paper explore the analysis of collegecorrupttion mechanism and research of management on the basis of Stakeholder byanalyze the theory and approachat of college corrupttion at home and abroad.This paper setforth the main types, development trend and cause of collagecorrupttion in our country, finds the stakeholders in college, analyze the employees’critical behaviour of moral hazard in collage by Mixed Strategy Nash Equilibria andDynamic principal-agent in view of the principal-agent relation. Two model ofinfluential by the national university and the state university are established. Themodelof employees’influential by volume and field is established. Then getconclusion that in collage, the influence of administrative power is much greater thanacademic authority, when the mechanism designing was appropriate, if the relation ofpersonal interest and public interest is monolithic for the collage stakeholders, theywill protect both personal interest and public interest. But when personal interestconflict with public interest, besides, there is no effective control, causes unjustenrichment, harm public interest and other Stakeholders’interests. Finally, I designthe management system of collage corruption, render the opinions of“Four Point”governance model:focus on the central, Form effective mechanism, consummateworkflow and fulfil their mission. Then gives advices to solve the problems.
