Abstract


Reform and opening policy and modenizational construction empty new vitality into ideological construction in rural areas, and also propose new request and issue to ideological construction in rural areas. On the basis of describing the importance to strengthen the ideological construction in rural areas in period, this paper analyzes ditally the main problems and their reasons effected currently in cultural frant construction in rural areas in case of Meishan towm, Nanan city, the paper provides own opinion that how to strengthen the ideological construction in rural areas.By using the questionnaire survey in Meishan towm, Nanan city, It is clear that the main problems existed in the ideological construction in rural areas are obvious lag for cultural construction in rural areas, difficult condition for farmer study, commonly existing petty farmer consciousness, spirtual life considerably incomplete, old habits and bad customs floating in rural areas, farmer’s worth tropism occoring distortion, environmental health condition commonly discrepancy in rural areas. The reasons causing these problems are deficiency recognization for the importance of thought construction in the first place, ability shortage to resistance the downside effects of market economy, the educational content and pattern lacking up-to-date for the ideological construction in rural areas, the ideological construction pace cannot catch up with the development of material progress.In connection with the main problems and their reasons existed in i cultural frant construction in rural areas, the paper provides new measures to strenthen the ideological construction in rural areas in recent period which include to intensify developing idea, extensive popularize the thought of modern civilization, pay more attention to education and training, culture new type farmer throught multi-channels, active culture in basic level to let farmer masses true happy, renovate environmental order to improve production and life conditions in rural areas, extensive start co-construction with pair to do more good and fact things for farmae masses by means of external force, persist co-catch and co-manage to attract extensively farmer masses participation.
