Abstract


With the continuous advancement of economic development, medical technology and social systems , human society is gradually entering the stage of an aging population , an aging population has become a worldwide demographic trends . Although the proportion of the aging population in developed countries than in developing countries is much higher , but in the coming decades , the rate of aging of the population in developing countries than developed countries , especially China 's aging population is becoming more serious condition . With the arrival of the peak of China's aging population and the continuous extension of the life expectancy of the population , especially after years of life and health of the elderly retired continue to extend the increasingly heavy burden to the country's social old-age security , China the pension system is facing a serious crisis to pay . In this context , our retirement system developed in the 1950s , particularly in relation to retirement age more and more outdated . Taking into account the profound impact of population aging on China 's future economic development , labor market and pension payments , etc. , relating to the extension of the statutory retirement age of scholars has caused widespread concern and controversy . Extend the statutory retirement age is an effective measure to solve the problem of an aging population in China is currently the world in the context of global population aging have taken effective measures to solve the financial crisis to pay Social Security . Social old-age security theory as a theoretical basis , from the point of view of the history and development of China 's retirement system to examine and analyze the status quo of China's aging population , an aging population on China's economic and social development , especially the pension system impact , as well as how to extend the retirement age initiatives to ease the pressure of China 's aging population . Focus on figuring out how to extend the retirement age in accordance with China's national conditions , drawing on the practical experience of the developed countries to extend the statutory retirement age , put forward the basic ideas and methods of the extension of the retirement age , in order to extend the retirement age to ease the pressure of China 's aging population .
