Abstract

In greenhouse vegetable production in excess unbalanced fertilization phenomenon as test materials, the Xintaimici cucumber analysis of of Shouguang, Linzi old dish area based on soil nutrient status of solar greenhouse, solar greenhouse soil ( Hutchison: T) and matrix (denoted as: J) cultivation experiment, the results of the reference previous regular cucumber mineral nutrition absorption, located eight fertilization treatments, treatment 1 (T1, J1) for control, N: P 2 O 5 : K 2 O for 1:0.5:1.2; treatment 2 (T2, J2) NPK ratio of 2:0.5:1.2 ; 3 (T3, J3) NPK ratio 4:0.5:1.2; 4 NPK ratio of 1:1:1.2; treatment 5 (T5, J5) NPK ratio of 1:2:1.2; 6 (T6, J6) NPK ratio of 1:0.5:2.4; processing 7 (T7, J7), NPK ratio of 1:0.5:4.8; processing 8 (T8, J8) NPK ratio of 1: 1:0.3 On this basis, the system studied nutrients of nitrogen, phosphorus, potassium, cucumber fertility and its metabolites, the main results are as follows: 1. nitrogen fertilizer under certain conditions, with the increase of P can be very significant improved growth potential to increase production; increased nitrogen, phosphorus rates and ratios varying degrees to reduce the soluble protein and Vc content, soluble sugar content, a significant increase in the nitrate content in the fruit; Potassium fruit soluble sugar content tended to increase, reduce nitrate content, and the amount and proportion of the larger, more obvious effects. Integrated indicators, under the experimental conditions, to NPK ratio 1:2:1.2 processing performance. Increased nitrogen, phosphorus significantly improve the soil culture and in Media Culture cucumber leaves chlorophyll a and b content, increased K can increase carotenoid content in leaves increase treatment. Increased nitrogen and phosphorus will help improve leaf photosynthesis, mainly to improve ΦPS Ⅱ and Fv / Fm is particularly evident in the role of phosphorus, Potassium less effective than increased nitrogen and phosphorus. Increased nitrogen and phosphorus rates and ratios are conducive to enhancing the cucumber root activity, promote the absorption of cucumber on nitrogen, phosphorus, and reduce the absorption of Potassium increase magnesium in the leaves, the increasing nitrogen leaves calcium, iron, manganese and zinc content; by phosphorus promoted the plant on iron absorption; increase potassium reduce leaf nitrogen, phosphorus content, increased plant K absorption, raise the blade in the iron of the content, but the content of calcium, manganese and zinc of reducing. 4. Increase the amount and ratio of nitrogen, phosphorus, potassium can significantly enhance the SOD activity in the leaves and roots of cucumber
