Abstract

Solar greenhouse cucumber root-knot nematode disease in recent years, more and more serious diseases, the disease seriously affect the yield and quality of cucumber, but prevention is difficult. The trial Xintaimici cucumber as test materials, Meloidogyne incognita on cucumber growth and physiological and biochemical provide a theoretical basis for the prevention and control of root-knot nematode disease. The test results are as follows: a solar greenhouse cucumber infected with root-knot nematode, cucumber height, leaf dry weight, stem dry weight decreased; roots fresh weight growth early increases slowly, late due to the formation of giant cells, fresh weight rose rapidly; root activity decreased significantly; the cucumber leaf chlorophyll content and photosynthetic rate decreased seriously affect the cucumber photosynthesis and dry matter accumulation, eventually leading to the cucumber cut. Meloidogyne incognita infestation of cucumber fruit soluble sugar, titratable acid content increases; increased low density of soluble protein in C. elegans nematode density decreased; Vc, free amino acids decreased, reducing the quality of the cucumber. Inoculated with M. incognita, with increasing seeding density, cucumber leaves accumulated higher levels of superoxide anion, roots superoxide anion variations; same time, SOD activity decreased root SOD activity increased ; leaves POD, CAT activity declined early in the infection, the rise in activity within the root; the first infection early leaf PPO activity rose; Third infection early, leaves PAL activity increased; roots PAL, PPO activity in each infection early rise; showed some resistance, resistant reaction is most intense in the early stages of the first infection. MDA content in leaves and roots, relative conductivity increased, cucumber compromised. 3, solar greenhouse cucumber infected with root-knot nematode, nitrogen, phosphorus, potassium, calcium, magnesium, iron, zinc content of each treatment leaves lower stems of nitrogen, phosphorus, iron, copper, zinc content decreased, causing small plant , slow growth, lower yields; potassium, calcium, magnesium content varying degrees of improved access to part of the resistance; manganese, copper content in the leaves and stems of the first to decline, reducing leaf photosynthesis increased late toxic leaves ; in the early growth stage, the roots have accumulated more nitrogen, phosphorus, potassium, and a good nutritional conditions for the growth and development of the root-knot nematode, nitrogen, phosphorus, potassium, magnesium content decreased rapidly in the later stage of growth, led to the premature aging; manganese, copper content of cucumber increased hinder root growth; elevated calcium content, help to maintain cell membrane permeability; zinc increased in the early growth stage, later reduced to limit root elongation; iron content incognita density is low to a certain extent increases, to reduce the high density of the worm. 4, root-knot nematode infestation cucumber leaves IAA content decreased, GA, ZR in the early growth stage
