Chicken Eimeria (E. tenella) In order to investigate the relationship of the host cell injury and calcium overload, the test using tissue quantitative detection of von Kossa calcium staining, of potassium pyroantimonate cells chemical method used and unused calcium resistance the blocking agent E. tenella total calcium of infection CECAL organizations, calcium deposition, Na sup>-K sup>-ATP enzyme, Ca 2 sup>-Mg < sup> 2 sup>-ATPase enzyme, total-ATP enzyme, phospholipase enzyme A 2 (PLA 2 ), free fatty acids and cecal epithelium of intracellular free Ca 2 sup> Content and Distribution of dynamic measurement and analysis. The results showed that: (1) 5 × 10 4 sup> E. tenella infected flocks infected cecum total calcium content decreased significantly (P lt; 0.01), and the lowest was 22.17 ± 0.29 (nmol / gprot). Von Kossa staining showed that of calcium the the blind intestinal epithelial cells and intestinal epithelial cells calcium content increased significantly (P lt; 0.01) and showed a continued increase in the state. The E. tenella disease, the process of development to free Ca in the host cell 2 sup> content increased significantly (P lt; 0.01). (2) in the pathogenesis of cecal tissue Na sup>-K sup>-ATP enzyme, Ca 2 sup>-Mg 2 sup> - ATP enzyme, total-ATP enzyme activity were decreased in varying degrees, in severe infection period of its content was significantly lower than non-infected control group (P lt; 0.01) and the lowest were 1.60 ± 0.34 (U / mgprot), 3.18 ± 0.94 (U / mgprot), 3.91 ± 0.67 (U / mgprot), accompanied by intracellular the Ca 2 sup> content increased significantly, indicating Na pump E. tenella to the host cell, Ca pumps, total-ATP damage to the structure of the enzyme is one of the reasons that lead to Ca 2 sup> overload. (3) the calcium dependent PLA of calcium overload cecum organizations 2 activity was significantly higher (P lt; 0.01), to a maximum of 22.21 ± 2.93 (U), at the same time, the content of free fatty acids in the organization also significantly increased (P lt; 0.01), up to 272.00 ± 3.56 (μmol / gprot). Unknown calcium overload the chicken E. tenella disease is an important mechanism of injury. (4) in E. tenella disease early, nifedipine can block the intrusion of coccidia, to reduce the damage of the host cell, the chicken body has a protective, but with the development of the disease, its role decreased, but E. tenella oocysts discharged later.
