Abstract

Used in this experiment four average weight of 420 ± 20kg , aged 2.5 to 3 -year-old steers fitted with permanent rumen fistula , a 4 × 4 Latin square design , mixed concentrate and dried corn stalks based diet , research 1.3 times maintain levels , diets supplemented with different levels of ( 0,8,16 and 24mg/kgDM ) DL-methionine chelate copper and copper on ruminal nutrient metabolism . The results show that : the diet supplemented with methionine copper and copper to improve rumen pH , but no significant effect on rumen fluid pH value for each time point ( P gt ; 0.05 ) . With dietary methionine copper and the package is the increase in the amount of copper Add rumen fluid NH 3 < / sub > - N to improve , but at each time point rumen NH the 3 < / sub > - N concentration is not significantly different ( p gt ; 0.05 ) Diets supplemented with methionine copper and copper is not conducive to the degradation of cellulolytic bacteria corn stalks fibrous substances . 24mg/kg copper methionine group corn stalks DM , OM , NDF , ADF degradation rates were reduced by 14.58% , 16.38% , 18.82% , 26.35% , a significant difference ( P lt ; 0.05 ) , copper was no significant difference ( p gt ; 0.05 ) Diets supplemented with methionine copper and copper are not conducive to proteolytic bacteria degradation of soybean meal DM and CP . 8mg/kg methionine copper significantly reduce soybean meal DM , CP rumen the dynamic degradation rate ( P lt ; 0.05 ) , respectively 13.81% , 23.34% . Packages of 16, 24 mg / kg copper group significantly reduced soybean meal DM , CP rumen the dynamic degradation rate ( P gt ; 0.05 ) , than 0mg/kg group were reduced by 18.32% , 33.16% and 20.21% , 40.03 % . With dietary methionine copper and copper increasing of the addition , the rumen VFA concentration decreased , but the difference was not significant ( P gt ; 0.05 ) Diets supplemented with methionine copper and copper are not conducive to rumen microbial protein synthesis . Urinary purine derivatives production with raising the level of copper Add decreased , but the difference was not significant ( P gt ; 0.05 ) Under the experimental conditions , diets supplemented with the 8mg/kg coated copper effect on rumen metabolism of nutrients better
